Hello! Welcome, sit down, and have a cup of coffee. I know I need one!
I have never talked about how the Amor Fati series came into being. We are beginning to engage in a more personal manner through this journey with my CIS130 class with Jared Cohen.
So, let's start at the beginning. I have written stories, outlines, and ghostwriting, but I have never dreamed of writing for myself.
That is until the world stopped in 2020. Sadly, people tend to avoid the word "COVID". Oh My Gosh, I said it, "COVID"! The word or situation is not a bad thing. It's how we look at it. We can't wish it away, we can learn from it. Each disaster in our life teaches us a new skill and strength and even opens doors.
During this time, I had a recurring dream, and I decided to write it down. I outlined and then started writing. Today, the fourth book, Love or Not, which I turned into a fan-fiction for proof of concept, has over five hundred thousand readers on various platforms all over the world.
Recently, my book has gained traction in the United States! You can read the third draft of this book for free on a site closer to home at Wattpad.
To celebrate its success, I took a trip to
the island of Koh
Samui, in Thailand. It was breathtaking. Let's say that, at the start of
this journey, my life has never been the same.
